Now, this Bocadillo de Jamon recipe isn’t really a recipe at all, it’s just so simple. However, we have just seen this great video by Mekemekfilms on Youtube of how to prepare a Bocadillo de Jamon while having one that we could not resist ourselves…

Bocadillo de Jamon Recipe
For absolute beginers!
Ingredients
- 2 slices of bread
- 100 grams jamon serrano
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1/2 tomato
Instructions
- Take the slices of bread and toast them in a toaster or pan until they’re crunchy. Cut a tomato in half and rub it on the surface. Add some good olive oil.
- Put the jamon on top. If your bread is still warm after toasting it, the fat will melt a little bit…simply delicious.
