  • 2 slices of bread
  • 100 grams jamon serrano
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1/2 tomato


  • Take the slices of bread and toast them in a toaster or pan until they’re crunchy. Cut a tomato in half and rub it on the surface. Add some good olive oil.
  • Put the jamon on top. If your bread is still warm after toasting it, the fat will melt a little bit…simply delicious.
