Are you looking for an egg-free “mayonnaise”? Then keep reading because this Lactonnaise recipe is a great option.

I would say that it’s not quite as tasty as the original mayonnaise, but because it doesn’t include eggs, you can probably keep it in the fridge for a bit longer. Another good thing about this Lactonnaise recipe is that you can prepare less of it, because you can control the quantity of milk you want to add, something that is way more difficult to do when you add eggs.
Keep in mind that you will need double the amount of milk and oil to make the lactonesa . So we recommend using small glasses if you’re going to prepare it for just 3 or 4 people (like shot glasses or something similar).

Ingredients
- 2 glasses sunflower oil
- 1 glass milk
- salt
Instructions
- Take a hand held blender jar and add the milk.
- Insert the mixer. Start the mixer and gently pour the oil inside. The oil should slide through the jar before touching the milk. Keep pouring the oil, still blending until the mixture start to become creamy. If you run out of oil and the texture is not creamy yet, just add some more oil.
