Lactonnaise

Are you looking for an egg-free “mayonnaise”? Then keep reading because this Lactonnaise recipe is a great option.

Homemade Lactonnaise
Homemade Lactonnaise: a good alternative to Mayonnaise.

I would say that it’s not quite as tasty as the original mayonnaise, but because it doesn’t include eggs, you can probably keep it in the fridge for a bit longer. Another good thing about this Lactonnaise recipe is that you can prepare less of it, because you can control the quantity of milk you want to add, something that is way more difficult to do when you add eggs.

Keep in mind that you will need double the amount of milk and oil to make the lactonesa . So we recommend using small glasses if you’re going to prepare it for just 3 or 4 people (like shot glasses or something similar).
