Ingredients

  • 1 l red wine
  • 33 cl orange soda
  • 1 glass cognac or brandy
  • 2 peaches
  • 1 pear
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 orange
  • 50 grams sugar
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • ice

Instructions

  • Take a jar or something similar and mix the wine, cognac and sugar very well.
  • Squeeze the orange and add the juice to the jar. Peel the peaches and pear and cut them into cubes of about 4 by 4 cm. Toss them into the jar.
  • Cut the lemon into 2 halves and squeeze one of them on top. Cut the other one into slices and add them, together with the cinnamon stick.
  • Mix everything well and keep the sangria in the fridge for two hours.
  • After two hours you can add the orange soda and some ice. It's better if you don't add too much, because we don't want it to be watery.
